## Tell us what needs attention

Email hello@brightaifuture.com with “Correction” in the subject. Please include the page address, the exact statement or material at issue, why you believe it is wrong and the strongest source you have. Your name and relationship to the issue are helpful context, but Bright considers evidence rather than status.

Do not send confidential, legally restricted or sensitive personal information that is not necessary to understand the issue. Bright does not promise a response time, but material claims should be reassessed against the available evidence.

## How changes are classified

A correction fixes a material factual error. A clarification makes accurate material more precise or prevents a reasonable misreading. A source update adds later evidence or a changed source record. An editorial disagreement is a good-faith difference about framing, significance or conclusion that does not by itself establish a factual error.

## What the public record keeps

Material changes appear in the affected record’s revision and correction history with a date and explanation. Prior assessments are preserved when needed to show what changed. Bright does not quietly replace a material claim and treat the new wording as the original record.

## Recorded corrections

This log is generated from corrections already recorded in Bright’s discovery ledger. It is not a sample and contains no invented entries.
